1. Services Overview

AiO Launch & Grow provides business formation guidance, branding, website development, SEO, and marketing automation services. Our services are designed to help entrepreneurs and small businesses launch and grow their operations efficiently.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion before final delivery
• Monthly support subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month
• Payment plans are available for packages over $1,000 (upon request)
• All payments are processed securely through our invoicing system

3. Third-Party Fees

The following fees are separate from our service fees and are paid directly to third parties:

• State LLC filing fees
• Domain registration fees
• Website hosting fees
• CRM and email marketing software subscriptions
• Google Ads or other advertising spend

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines begin once the initial deposit is received and all required information has been provided by the client. Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may extend the project timeline. We will communicate estimated completion dates during the consultation phase.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own all custom designs, logos, and website content created for your project
• You will own your domain name and have full access to all accounts
• Third-party software and templates remain subject to their respective licenses

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to cancel a project, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a fair resolution based on the work completed.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for business formation
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with state and federal business regulations
• Ensure all content provided is legally owned or licensed

8. Limitation of Liability

AiO Launch & Grow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
